1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the tk971 website accessible at tk971.ws and any associated mobile interfaces, including all casino games, sports betting services, account management functions, and promotional systems made available thereon.
• "We", "Us", "Our", or "tk971" refers to the operator of the tk971 platform.
• "You" or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, through which all gaming, betting, deposit, and withdrawal activity is conducted.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account wallet at any given time, including any qualifying bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, free bet, or other incentive credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or a supported bank transfer, and held in the Account wallet distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover that must be completed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" or "BST" means Coordinated Universal Time plus six hours (UTC+6), the standard time zone applicable to Bangladesh.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tk971. By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, accepting any bonus, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

tk971 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

If you do not agree with these Terms, or with any amendment made to them, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting our support team.

3 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an Account on tk971, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tk971 does not permit access by individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances. Age verification may be required at registration or prior to any withdrawal.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity or automated system) and must register solely on your own behalf.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory restriction, or legal prohibition that would prevent you from entering into a gambling contract.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee of tk971 or any of its affiliated game providers, unless you have obtained prior written consent from tk971.
• You are permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts will be identified, merged, or closed, and any funds held in duplicate accounts may be confiscated at tk971's reasonable discretion.

tk971 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Where tk971 has reasonable grounds to believe that an Account was registered fraudulently, by an underage individual, or in breach of these Terms, it may suspend or close the Account immediately and retain any funds pending investigation.

4 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your Account, or use another Player's Account.

All activity that occurs under your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is deemed to have been undertaken by you and will be treated as your personal liability. If you suspect that a third party has accessed your Account without authorisation, you must notify tk971 support immediately via the live chat function. tk971 cannot be held responsible for losses incurred prior to notification of unauthorised access.

tk971 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driver's licence, and proof of payment method ownership — at any time and in particular before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Upon Account closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits. The minimum deposit on tk971 is ৳200. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or City Bank. Deposits are credited to the Account Balance promptly following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. tk971 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method that was used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification. tk971 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval, measured in Bangladesh Standard Time. Processing times may be longer during public holidays, periods of high volume, or where additional verification is required.

Withdrawal restrictions. Withdrawals may only be made from Real Money Funds. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated from Bonus Funds after wagering requirements have been fully satisfied become eligible for withdrawal. tk971 reserves the right to limit withdrawal amounts per transaction or per rolling period in order to manage payment processing capacity.

• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Player's verified name.
• If tk971 identifies that a deposit was made in error or via a fraudulent transaction, the corresponding withdrawal may be withheld pending investigation.
• Players who have accepted a bonus offer may be required to meet the associated wagering requirement before any withdrawal from Real Money Funds is approved, depending on the specific bonus terms applicable to that offer.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

tk971 offers a range of promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. The specific terms applicable to each offer — including the eligible games, minimum deposit required, wagering requirement multiplier, maximum bonus amount, and expiry period — will be stated clearly at the point of offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless the offer-specific terms expressly state otherwise:

• Each Player is entitled to claim each specific promotional offer only once, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as a recurring or repeating offer.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and will be used after Real Money Funds are depleted, unless the offer-specific terms specify a different allocation order.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for the bonus. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain unconverted at expiry will be forfeited without compensation.
• tk971 reserves the right to withdraw a promotional offer, modify its terms, or disqualify a Player from a promotion if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of software errors, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering conversion process.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the tk971 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or sports market in question, as displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms will prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

Sports betting. All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body — for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) for domestic cricket fixtures, or the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international tournaments. tk971 reserves the right to void any bet where the relevant event is cancelled, abandoned without a result being determined, or where the result is subject to an ongoing official investigation.

Casino games. All casino games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by the game's licensed provider. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the provider and is available within the game's information panel. tk971 does not modify RTP settings applied by its certified game providers.

• Bets may not be cancelled or amended after they have been confirmed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or sports event, tk971 will take reasonable steps to determine the correct outcome. Where no fair outcome can be determined, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• tk971 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits per market, per game, or per Player. These limits may be applied without prior notice.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk971 Platform. tk971 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where prohibited conduct is reasonably suspected, and to void all associated bets and withhold all associated funds pending investigation:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity, in order to circumvent Account restrictions or claim multiple bonus entitlements.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human mechanism to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise operate an Account.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing errors in sports betting markets for financial gain. Bets placed in knowing exploitation of such errors will be voided.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome where such activity conflicts with the fair use of promotional offers.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to make deposits. tk971 cooperates fully with financial institutions and law enforcement in all cases of suspected payment fraud.
• Colluding with other Players in multiplayer games, including poker or live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the tk971 Platform — including but not limited to the tk971 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of tk971 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without tk971's prior written consent.

10 Privacy and Data

tk971 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at tk971.ws/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tk971 uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform's servers. tk971 does not store mobile money PINs or bank account passwords. Payment transactions are processed through each provider's own secure gateway, and tk971 receives only a transaction confirmation.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases to deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the threshold is reached, further gameplay is suspended until the limit period resets.

• Cooling-Off Period: Players may apply a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the Account is inaccessible for all gaming and betting activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, the Account is closed and all marketing communications cease.

12 Limitation of Liability

tk971 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform for scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Any delay or failure in processing deposits or withdrawals resulting from the technical systems of a third-party payment provider such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, or financial losses arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any bet or game outcome, including outcomes affected by technical malfunctions where tk971 has voided the affected bet and returned the stake in accordance with Section 7.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit tk971's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Termination

tk971 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Receipt of a valid regulatory or law enforcement instruction requiring account closure or fund seizure.

Upon termination by tk971 for cause, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account will be reviewed and returned where applicable, subject to the outcome of any investigation into prohibited conduct. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon termination for cause.

A Player may request Account closure at any time for any reason by contacting support. Voluntary closure does not affect the Player's entitlement to withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance, subject to completion of identity verification.

14 Amendments to These Terms

tk971 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Account, with reasonable advance notice where circumstances permit. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the amendment.

15 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the tk971 platform.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
